Baysgarth House Museum

If you’re local to Barton-upon-Humber, you’ve probably walked past Baysgarth House more times than you can count — but it’s worth actually going in. The volunteers here are genuinely lovely, the kind who actually know their stuff and seem happy to chat rather than just hand you a leaflet. Kids can burn off energy on the grass field while adults take a wander along the walking path, which makes it a decent outing for mixed-age groups. The local history displays are more interesting than you’d expect for a free visit.
