One of the better playgrounds in Dubuque, honestly — they actually thought this one through. The inclusive design is the real standout, with wheelchair-accessible equipment that doesn’t feel like an afterthought compared to everything else. Little ones have their own dedicated zone so they’re not getting steamrolled by older kids, and there’s enough variety — sand pit, climbing areas, the works — that siblings of different ages can all find something to do. The canopy coverage keeps it from turning into a miserable experience on hot days, which Dubuque summers will absolutely require. Restrooms and picnic tables on-site means you can actually stay a while without planning an exit strategy.
