The twin slides are the main draw here — kids immediately make it a race to see who gets down first, every single time. Swings are there too, nothing fancy, but they do the job. What really makes Tippin Park worth knowing about is the space: a proper football pitch plus a big open grass field means you can actually stretch out without tripping over other people. Good spot if you’ve got kids who need to burn off energy and you don’t want to be cramped into a tiny fenced-off corner. Matlock locals know it, but it doesn’t feel overrun.
