The Meadow Play Park

If you’re heading into Cromer for a beach day, this playground is a handy stop right nearby — swings, a climbing structure, a zipline, and a sandbox means kids from toddlers up to around 12 can all find something to do. The zipline tends to be the big hit, fair warning. There are public toilets on site, which honestly makes all the difference when you’ve got little ones in tow. That said, a few bits of the equipment have seen better days, so it’s worth keeping an eye on things while the kids are playing. Still, for a free playground this close to the beach, most local families use it regularly without much complaint.
