If you’re looking for a playground that actually earns a full day out, this is the one. The stream play alone keeps kids occupied for hours — muddy wellies are basically guaranteed, and there’s a mud kitchen setup that little ones absolutely love. It sits right by the lake with the forest behind it, so the scenery does a lot of the heavy lifting while the kids are off doing their thing. Pack a picnic and use the tables, then walk a stretch of the trail when everyone needs to burn off lunch. Honestly one of the better family spots in this part of Wales — just don’t expect to leave clean.
