Old Buckenham play area

There’s a proper little setup here — two separate sections so the toddlers aren’t getting flattened by older kids on the slides, which you don’t always get at village play areas. The whole thing is enclosed with magnetic gates, handy when you’ve got a runner. Benches around the edge mean you can actually sit down rather than hovering. Best bit though is the nature pond right next to it — ducks, wildlife, the lot — so if the swings lose their appeal you can spend another twenty minutes watching the birds instead.
