Stourport Memorial Park’s play area is one of those spots locals keep coming back to because it actually delivers for kids of all ages — not just the little ones. There’s a zipline, tire swing, climbing structure, and slides, so older kids have plenty to keep them busy while the toddlers stick to the fenced-off section where you’re not constantly chasing them toward the road. Plenty of benches and picnic tables mean you can actually sit down and eat without balancing a sandwich on your knee, and the open grass field gives kids room to run between turns on the equipment. Parking, restrooms, good sightlines — it’s well set up for a proper afternoon out rather than a quick five-minute stop.
