The Walnut Tree Playground

Fairford locals know this one well — it’s the kind of rec ground that actually works for the whole family, not just the little ones. There’s a soccer field and plenty of open grass for a kickabout, a half pipe if you’ve got a skateboarder in tow, and exercise machines for the adults who’ve had enough of just standing around watching. Benches are dotted around, parking is easy, and the space is big enough that it never feels cramped even on a busy weekend. Honestly, it covers more bases than most spots around here.
