Locals know to come here on a warm day specifically for the water feature — it’s one of the better splash spots in Merthyr Tydfil when the sun actually decides to show up. The café is a proper bonus, not just a vending machine afterthought, with enough seating inside and out that you’re not fighting strangers for a table. Good all-round play equipment too, so the kids aren’t just queuing for the water and nothing else. Worth knowing about if you’re in the area and need somewhere to burn off a few hours.
