South Park Play Area

South Park has that nice split setup where the younger kids have their own dedicated section, so you’re not constantly worrying about bigger children charging through. The real draw for a lot of families is the field though — proper open grass, big enough for a decent kick-about on the soccer pitch or just letting the kids burn off energy. Pack a picnic because there are tables, and parking is right there so you’re not hauling everything half a mile. It works for pretty much any age, which is why you’ll see everyone from toddlers to teenagers out here on a sunny afternoon.
