Decent local spot that actually caters to more than one age group — there’s a younger kids’ section and a separate area for teenagers, which makes a real difference when you’ve got mixed ages in tow. The basketball court gets a fair bit of use, and the open grass field gives everyone room to actually move around. It’s enclosed, which parents tend to appreciate, and parking nearby means you’re not hauling everything half a mile. Dog walkers seem to have claimed it as one of their regulars too, and honestly it’s easy to see why — it stays pretty quiet even though it’s right in the middle of Maidstone.
