If you want somewhere to actually do something rather than just watch the kids run around, this one’s worth knowing about. There’s a proper children’s play area alongside adult exercise equipment, so everyone gets something out of the visit — not always a given round here. The basketball and football courts see decent use too, especially on weekends. It’s fenced in, which makes a real difference when you’ve got little ones, and it stays pretty quiet compared to some of the more popular spots in Eastbourne. Toilets on site as well, which you’ll be grateful for on a longer visit.
