Mudeford Quay Playground

The pirate ship climbing structure here is genuinely one of the better ones you’ll find along this stretch of coast — solid wooden build, well looked after, and the kids absolutely pile onto it. Views from the quay make it feel like more than just a standard playground stop, and it stays impressively clean considering how much foot traffic it gets in summer. There’s an open grass field if little ones need to burn off extra energy, and parking right there means you’re not hiking across half of Christchurch with a buggy and snacks. Honestly, it’s worth timing a visit around low tide so you can pair it with a proper look around the quay.
