Beattock Playground

Tucked into the small village of Beattock just outside Moffat, this is very much a locals’ spot rather than a destination playground. It’s the kind of place where kids from the village have been playing for years while parents catch up on the green. Nothing flashy, but if you’re passing through on the A74 corridor or exploring the area around Moffat, it does the job for a quick stretch and a run around. Worth knowing it’s not wheelchair accessible, so bear that in mind before making the trip.
