Right on the seafront at Spittal, this splash park is the kind of place locals head to on the first half-decent day of summer — and honestly, it doesn’t need much else going for it when the beach is right there. The water play keeps kids occupied while parents grab five minutes of peace, and there’s parking on hand which, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in this area in July, you’ll know is not something to take for granted. It’s a simple setup, but that’s fine — the seafront does the heavy lifting.
