Right on the doorstep of Tahunanui Beach, this place gets busy for good reason — it genuinely has something for every age. Little ones gravitate toward the sandbox and water feature while older kids claim the slides and swings, and there’s a basketball court and soccer field when they need to burn off the next round of energy. The musical equipment is a nice touch, always seems to pull in a crowd of toddlers who have absolutely no interest in leaving. Restrooms, picnic tables, and parking are all sorted, so you’re not scrambling for basics. Honestly, if you’re in Nelson with kids, this is just the obvious call.
