Culverden Adventure Playground

If you’re heading through Culverden on SH7, this playground is worth the five-minute detour — trust me. The slides keep the kids occupied while you actually get a proper break from the car. It’s clean, the restrooms are functional (a big deal on a road trip), and parking is easy. Good for toddlers through to primary school age, and there’s enough open lawn that kids can just run without you hovering.
