Geraldine Domain Playground

Geraldine’s a solid stop if you’re passing through on SH72, and the Domain playground is one of those spots that actually makes you want to pull over rather than just tick off the kilometres. It’s got something for the little ones without feeling like an afterthought, which is more than you can say for a lot of roadside parks in Canterbury. Locals bring their kids here regularly — it’s that kind of place. Worth stretching the legs and letting the kids burn some energy before you head on.
