Festival Play Park, Buncrana

Right next to the beach in Buncrana, this is one of those spots where you end up staying way longer than you planned. The zipline alone keeps the older kids busy while toddlers work through the slides and swings at their own pace — the range of equipment genuinely suits a wide age gap, which is rare. It’s fully enclosed with good sightlines, so parents can actually sit at the picnic tables and relax without constantly craning their necks. Restrooms and parking on site, and the walking path around the open grass area is a nice bonus if you want to stretch your legs after. On a dry day in Donegal, you won’t find a better setup.
