Playground

Beside the Boyne, this little spot has a lot going for it even if the equipment has seen better days. The kids don’t seem to care much about the wear and tear — they’re always happy out here. There’s a decent walking path and a big open grass field, so you can stretch your legs while they run off some energy. It could really do with some investment to bring it up to scratch, but as a riverside outing for toddlers and younger kids, it does the job.
