Aughagower Playground

Aghagower might be a small village but this playground punches well above its weight. You’ve got slides, swings, a seesaw, climbing structure, merry-go-round, and a zipline — genuinely decent variety that keeps kids of different ages busy rather than fighting over the same piece of equipment. The whole place is kept in good nick, which makes a real difference, and the open grass field alongside gives kids room to just run. A few benches dotted around mean parents can actually sit down and catch up without standing around awkwardly. For a rural Mayo playground, it’s a solid spot.
