Out on the Connemara coast road, this community playground is one of those spots that locals genuinely rely on — it’s not flashy, but it does the job and does it well. Accessibility seems to have been thought about here, which makes a real difference for families who don’t always find playgrounds easy to navigate. It’s Co. Galway through and through — a bit windswept, surrounded by the kind of scenery you’d struggle to find anywhere else.
