If you’re heading through Berrima and want somewhere to stretch your legs, this reserve is worth the stop. The open grass field is solid for kicking a ball around or just letting the kids burn off energy while you actually relax for five minutes. The walking path connects nicely to the surrounding trails, so it’s easy to extend the outing if the forest is calling. Parking is straightforward, which makes it genuinely accessible rather than just claiming to be.
