Highgate Street Reserve

If you know about the Bardwell Valley Parklands connection, this little reserve makes a lot more sense as a destination. It’s one of those spots locals use as an entry point into the broader green corridor rather than a standalone park — great for an easy walk that gradually turns into something more adventurous. Bexley doesn’t have a huge amount of natural bushland, so having this on your doorstep is genuinely handy. Bring the kids, let them roam a bit, and don’t be surprised if you end up going much further than planned.
