Cooper Park

Cooper Park is one of those spots that feels genuinely tucked away despite being right in the middle of Bellevue Hill. The bush trails wind down toward a little creek, and if you’ve got kids in the 3-7 range, they go absolutely feral for it in the best way — climbing rocks, poking around in the water, spotting birds. Bring a picnic, grab one of the shaded tables, and let them roam the open grass while you actually decompress. The walking paths are easy enough for small legs but interesting enough that you won’t be bored doing laps. Locals treat this one like a bit of a secret, which is funny because it’s not hidden at all — it’s just that good.
