Glendale Playground

Honestly, it’s a solid neighbourhood spot that doesn’t try to be anything it’s not. There’s a slide and swings for the kids, but the real drawcard is the open grass field — plenty of room to kick a ball around or let the dog burn off some energy. The shade trees do a decent job of keeping things cool, and between the shaded seating and picnic tables, you can actually sit comfortably while the kids do their thing. Parking’s easy too, which makes a difference when you’re wrangling little ones.
