Blue Gum Hills Playground

The music deck here is genuinely one of the better additions to any local playground — kids go straight for it and don’t leave. It’s accessible, which matters more than people give it credit for, and the picnic tables mean you can actually sit and stay a while instead of hovering awkwardly. Minmi doesn’t get a lot of attention but this spot is worth the detour, especially if you’ve got little ones who are into hands-on, sensory play. Feels like someone actually thought about what would work here rather than just dropping in generic equipment.
