Coolabah Reserve Playground

Pretty low-key spot out on Coolabah Rd, but that’s kind of the appeal if you’re local to Medowie. The reserve setting gives it a relaxed, open feel — not the sort of place that gets overrun on weekends. There’s an oval nearby which means older kids can kick a ball around while the younger ones do their thing. It’s a solid option when you just need to get the kids out of the house without driving far.
