This playground sits right near the foreshore reserve, so you’ve got the lake on one side and easy beach access not far off — hard to beat that combo for a family afternoon. It’s a solid base if you’re making a day of it, especially with the skatepark nearby to keep the older kids busy while the little ones do their thing. Club Lake Cathie is just around the corner too, which the adults tend to appreciate.
