Beach volleyball court

If you’re after a hit of volleyball with actual sand between your toes, this is the spot. The courts sit right on the doorstep of one of Byron’s best stretches of beach, so you’re never more than a few steps from a swim between games. It’s pretty much always busy on weekends — locals, backpackers, the odd very serious player who takes it way too personally. Bring your own ball and show up early if you want to grab a court.
