Red Hill locals know this one well — it’s your classic suburban park done right, with the full set of old-school gear: slides, swings, a seesaw, and a merry-go-round that actually still spins properly. The big shade trees make a genuine difference on a hot Queensland afternoon, and there’s enough open grass to kick a ball around or just let the dog burn off some energy. Speaking of which, the off-leash area nearby means you can easily combine a play session with a proper dog walk, which is why you’ll often see the same familiar faces here on weekends. Picnic tables and parking make it easy enough to settle in for a while rather than just passing through.
