Woodward Reserve Children’s Playground

Mount Sheridan locals know this one’s a solid pick, especially when the Queensland sun is doing its worst. The shaded seating actually does the job, so you’re not melting while you keep an eye on the kids. There’s a decent open grass field for a kick-around, and the picnic tables make it easy to stretch a visit into a proper afternoon out. Works well for all ages — nothing too babyish, nothing too intense.
