Lions Park Playground

Right on the Esplanade, this one’s hard to miss and even harder to walk past if you’ve got kids in tow. The location does a lot of the heavy lifting — beach on one side, the Horse Drawn Tram trundling past on the other, and markets nearby when the timing’s right. It’s the kind of spot where you can let the kids loose while you grab a bite and actually relax for five minutes. If you’re spending a day in Victor Harbor, you’re probably ending up here anyway.
