If you’re after somewhere to take the kids that doesn’t feel like a concrete jungle, this little spot in Avoca Dell is worth knowing about. It sits right alongside some proper bushland, so there’s that whole trees-and-fresh-air thing happening before you’ve even got out of the car. The walking path makes it easy to extend your visit — plenty of locals loop through here with prams and dogs without any drama. It’s genuinely accessible too, which isn’t something you can say about every green space in the area.
