Forestville Reserve Playground

Locals know to head here on hot days — the shade cover actually does its job, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the area. There’s a solid mix of stuff for kids: swings, a slide, and a climbing structure that keeps them busy long enough for you to sit down at one of the picnic tables and breathe for five minutes. Pretty straightforward setup, but it works.
