Not many people outside the area know about this spot, which is honestly how the regulars like it. Laggan Cove has that rare thing where the vibe just works — good people, no pretension, and staff who actually seem happy to see you walk through the door. It’s the kind of place you end up at on a Friday and suddenly it’s Sunday. Hot Springs has plenty of options, but this one keeps coming up when locals talk about where they’d actually take someone they want to impress. Parking’s easy, which around here isn’t always a given.
