Ryley Street is one of those spots locals actually use rather than just drive past. The open grass field is genuinely spacious — good for kicking a ball around or just letting kids run off some energy without worrying about traffic. There’s a walking path if you want to stretch your legs, and the whole place has a relaxed, unhurried feel that’s pretty typical of this part of Wangaratta. Nothing flashy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you’re after.
