It’s got the basics — slides and swings sized right for the 2–5 crowd — without being overwhelming for little ones who aren’t ready for the bigger stuff. Parents can actually keep an eye on things without constantly repositioning themselves, which makes a difference when you’ve got a runner. The open grass field out front is handy for kicking a ball around or just letting them roam. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point.
