If you’re planning a birthday party or just a low-key weekend picnic, this quiet Camarillo neighborhood park is genuinely one of the better setups around. The shade trees do a lot of heavy lifting on hot days — coverage over the picnic tables *and* the play area, which isn’t something you always get. Kids 2 to 12 have swings and a climbing structure with monkey bars to keep them busy, all sitting on a soft rubberized surface that parents tend to appreciate. BBQ grills, restrooms, and an open grass field round things out, and the park stays noticeably clean since its renovation.
