Fifth Avenue’s a decent little pit stop if you’re already doing the Mount Lawley café run. It’s a pretty urban setup — nothing wild, but it does the job for a quick play break while you grab a coffee nearby. The location is genuinely handy, right in the thick of the suburb with shops and eateries close enough that you’re not stuck there if the kids get bored fast.
