If you’re heading to Trigg Beach anyway, Clarko Reserve is worth tacking on — especially if you’ve got little ones in tow. The open grass field gives kids aged 2 to 12 plenty of room to just run around and burn off energy, which honestly is sometimes all they need. Paved walking paths make it easy to get around with a pram or wheelchair, and there’s parking right there so you’re not lugging everything from three streets away. Grab a bench, let the kids loose, and you’ve basically got a solid afternoon sorted without much effort.
