Karlkurla Nature Playground

Right on the edge of Karlkurla Bushland Park, this is the kind of place where kids actually get dirty and nobody minds. It’s all about nature play here — think logs, rocks, natural materials, the sort of stuff that keeps kids busy way longer than any plastic climbing frame. The surrounding bushland is genuinely lovely, and plenty of families tack on the nearby parkrun to make a proper morning of it. Worth knowing before you head out: the playground isn’t wheelchair accessible, so plan accordingly.
