It sits right up against the forest, which means the whole area feels less like a standard park and more like the woods just happen to have good equipment in them. Shade trees keep things cool on hot days, and the picnic tables make it easy to actually stay a while. Tack on the walking path and the rock climbing nearby, and honestly, most families end up spending way longer here than they planned.
