That wooden structure is genuinely massive — the kind of thing kids spot from across the parking lot and just take off running toward. It’s got enough going on that a 5-year-old and a 10-year-old can both find their thing without fighting over the same spot. The design doesn’t feel like every other cookie-cutter playground you’ve seen, which makes a difference when you’re here every other weekend. Harrisonburg families with kids in that 3-to-12 range pretty much have this one locked into the rotation.
