The climbing structure is genuinely tough — rope ladders, a rock wall — the kind of stuff that keeps 8 and 10 year olds busy instead of whining that they’re bored. That log-style design fits right in with the whole Vail mountain vibe, which sounds cheesy but actually looks really good in person. When it’s hot out (yes, it does get hot up here), the splash pad is an absolute lifesaver and the kids will not want to leave. It’s well-kept too, which in a resort town like this you kind of expect, but it genuinely delivers.
