Marina Park Playground

Right on the shores of Dillon Reservoir, this little playground punches above its weight for such a small setup. The climbing structure is pretty basic, honestly, but kids in the 2-8 range don’t seem to care — they’re too busy running toward the water. What really makes it worth the trip is everything surrounding it: a solid walking path, a bike track, and open grass that actually gets used. The lake views with the mountains behind them are the kind of thing that makes you forget you were just chasing a toddler for 20 minutes. If you’re in Frisco and want a low-key afternoon that doesn’t require any planning, this is the move.
