Centennial Park North Playground

One of the better playgrounds in Howard County, honestly — the equipment here is newer and they actually thought about what kids want to use. There’s a solid mix of stuff: slides, climbing structures, a merry-go-round, a play train with tunnels, and a little musical area that little ones go absolutely nuts for. The whole thing is enclosed, which makes a huge difference when you’ve got a runner, and the shade trees keep it from feeling like a parking lot in July. It’s right on the edge of some trails with a pond nearby, so you can tack on a walk before or after without moving your car. Good restrooms, easy parking — it just works.
