Kurt Donaldson Community Park

Cape Coral locals know this park mainly for its basketball courts, which get solid use and have decent lighting for evening games. There are baseball fields too, so it covers a good range of ages and activity levels. Picnic tables make it easy to set up for a family afternoon without much fuss, and restrooms are on-site — which honestly matters more than people admit. The park has had its share of hurricane recovery and upkeep issues over the years, as most Cape Coral parks have, but it stays reasonably functional for the neighborhood.
