Honestly, it’s a decent little spot for toddlers if you’re already heading to the museum — don’t make a special trip just for the playground itself. The slides are the main draw for the 2-6 crowd, and kids that age seem happy enough with them. Just know going in that the hours are limited and there’s a decent chance something is out of commission when you show up. Redding parents will tell you to check before you go and maybe have a backup plan.
