Boundless playground trail

Up at Snowbird, this little playground is genuinely one of the better reasons to drag the kids up the canyon on a hot summer day. The slides and swings keep younger ones busy while adults actually get to relax in the shade — there are real trees here, not just a token umbrella stuck in concrete. Picnic tables make it easy to set up a proper lunch without fighting the crowds you’d find at lower-elevation parks. It’s a solid escape when the valley is baking and you need somewhere the kids can burn energy without melting.
